After fixing up the house, he now needs help with the garden, and he has a healthy £5,000 budget. This sociable bachelor wants a party space where he can entertain his friends.
But, while he wants to enjoy his garden, he is less keen to enjoy it with his neighbours, so he also needs some privacy from all the overlooking windows. In a nod to his years at sea, he also wants a water feature in his garden, and as a passionate and proud Welshman, he is determined that his garden has a feeling of his homeland in it.
