Hosted by Liam Charles and Ellie Taylor, the series follows teams from leading hotels, restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, cafés, and catering companies as they battle through a series of demanding challenges designed to showcase their technical expertise and artistic flair.
Judges Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden return to evaluate every creation, from intricate showpieces and spectacular sculptures to classic pastries and contemporary desserts. Contestants must master a wide range of techniques while tackling ambitious themed challenges that push the boundaries of professional baking and pâtisserie.
