The rhythm of farm life is dictated by the land and the weather, and for Jo and Andy, this season has been particularly unforgiving. As they assess the damage left in the wake of relentless rains, the reality is stark. A deep chasm has ripped through one of their wheat fields, a gaping wound in what was once a promising crop. In another part of their land, young seedlings struggle beneath thick layers of mud, their delicate roots suffocating.
