  1. So sad for Dave to lose his battle with cancer. A huge hole will be left in his family and Si’s life. As a tribute to them as a pair I made their Balmoral Chicken with whisky sauce. It was delicious, and am so pleased to have made this to honour them and their marvellous cookery programs. God bless Dave. 🤗
